I haven't seen this much snow in a longg time, I'm tired from shoveling and today is officially a chill out day. If you don't know about Bon Iver then you should know that I chose this song for a specific reason. Bon Iver, the musical id of Justin Vernon, recorded the basic tracks for this solo debut at his father's hunting cabin, deep in the Wisconsin woods. Camped out with a guitar and a desire for isolation and clear-eyed focus, Vernon emerged after several snowy months with a batch of intimate and melancholy works that will warm any chilled heart....thanks I-Tunes.
